Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing Bid King, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy and Payment Policies. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use the service and digital assets in your jurisdiction. Do not use Bid King where doing so is prohibited.

2. Independent service

Bid King is operated independently by GG Studio and is not endorsed by or operated by Tools for Humanity, World Foundation, Worldcoin, or World App. Your use of World App and your wallet may also be governed by their separate terms.

3. Accounts and wallets

• Your account is associated with your authenticated World App wallet. You are responsible for controlling that wallet and reviewing every transaction before approval.
• Never share private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or verification codes with us. Bid King support will never request them.
• You must provide accurate information and must not operate bots, exploit defects, manipulate auctions, create abusive duplicate accounts, or interfere with other users.

4. Gameplay and virtual balances

Bid King includes auctions, sealed crates, randomized item outcomes, collections, Coins, Tickets and bidWLD. Coins, Tickets, items and bidWLD are game records, not bank deposits, securities, savings products or guarantees of monetary value. Depositing or spending WLD does not guarantee profit, a particular item, a return of funds or the ability to withdraw an equal amount.

Advanced Auctions require skill-based bidding decisions, but crate contents and item rarity may include random elements. Published rules, limits and availability may be adjusted for security, compliance or service integrity.

5. WLD deposits, rewards and withdrawals

WLD-related activity is governed by the Payment, Withdrawal and Refund Policy. Deposits require an on-chain payment and server verification. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually; they are not instant or guaranteed before approval. Red-item rewards are subject to the disclosed lifetime account limit of up to 80% of verified WLD deposits and may require administrative review.

6. Suspension and corrections

We may pause financial operations, reject or delay a request, correct an erroneous ledger entry, suspend an account, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, legal requirements, sanctions, duplicate transactions or technical errors. Material financial actions are recorded in audit logs.

7. Intellectual property

Bid King software, branding, artwork and original content are owned by GG Studio or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal entertainment. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Networks, wallets, World App, RPC providers and other third-party systems may fail or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG Studio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and update date will remain available here. If a material change requires consent, we will request it where required. You may stop using Bid King at any time, subject to resolving pending transactions.

10. Applicable law and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country. Before filing a dispute, contact us so we can attempt to resolve it: support@ggstudio.fun or Telegram support.
