Payment, Withdrawal & Refund Policy

1. bidWLD accounting

bidWLD is Bid King’s internal premium balance recorded in thousandths of a WLD unit. It is used for Advanced Auctions and eligible game transactions. It is not a separate token, bank balance or promise of investment return.

2. Deposits

• The current minimum deposit is 0.100 WLD. Limits displayed by the app at the time of payment control if they differ from this page.
• World App presents the recipient and amount for your approval. Review both before confirming.
• Bid King credits bidWLD only after the server independently verifies the transaction. A client success message alone is not sufficient.
• A deposit intent expires after five minutes. If WLD left your wallet but credit is missing, do not repeat the payment until support checks the transaction.

3. Gameplay spending

Completed auction spending and other consumed game services are generally final. Advanced Auction bids currently range from 0.100 to 2.000 bidWLD per won crate with no additional auction fee. Gameplay outcomes do not guarantee that item or reward value will equal the winning bid.

4. Rewards and account limits

WLD-denominated Collection, Season, leaderboard, Coin redemption and Dark Market rewards may require Super Admin approval. Red-item rewards are subject to a lifetime account reward limit of up to 80% of verified WLD deposits. A pending display is not confirmation that a reward has been approved or paid.

5. Manual withdrawals

• The current minimum withdrawal request is 1.000 bidWLD.
• The requested amount is placed in escrow immediately so it cannot be spent twice.
• An administrator manually reviews the request. Approval does not itself send funds.
• After approval, GG Studio manually sends WLD to the wallet associated with the account and records the public transaction hash. The app timeline shows request, review and payment times.
• An approved or rejected decision may be corrected for up to 24 hours; afterward that decision is permanently locked. A completed on-chain payment cannot be reversed by Bid King.

6. Rejections and failures

If a withdrawal is rejected before payment, the escrowed bidWLD is returned and the reason is shown. Requests may be delayed or rejected for insufficient records, security review, sanctions or legal restrictions, duplicate or mismatched transactions, service incidents, or inability to verify wallet ownership.

7. Refunds and transaction errors

Verified blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. We do not refund normal gameplay losses, unwanted bids, changed preferences, network fees or payments sent to the wrong address. If Bid King charges a balance without delivering the corresponding service, duplicates a charge, or fails to credit a verified deposit, contact support. We will investigate and may restore the in-game balance or make another correction where records confirm an error. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Emergency pauses and reconciliation

Deposits, withdrawals or reward payouts may be temporarily paused independently during incidents. Pending records remain auditable. Never create repeated transactions to work around a pause or pending status.

9. Support

For a payment issue, provide your World App username, wallet address, approximate time, amount, transaction hash if available, and a description of what happened. Never send a private key or recovery phrase. Contact support@ggstudio.fun or t.me/makido12.
