1. Who operates Bid King

GG Studio operates Bid King and is responsible for the information described in this Policy. Contact: support@ggstudio.fun.

2. Information we process

• Account identifiers: wallet address, World App username when provided, internal player ID, authentication records and verification status.
• Gameplay data: level, balances, inventory, collections, auctions, bids, quests, season progress, market activity and settings.
• Transaction records: deposit and withdrawal amounts, references, public transaction hashes, wallet addresses, statuses, timestamps, approval decisions and ledger entries. We do not request or store private keys or recovery phrases.
• Security and technical data: timestamps, session records, limited device/browser information, error logs, rate-limit signals and hashed network identifiers where used to prevent abuse.
• Support data: information you choose to send through email or Telegram.

3. Why we use information

• Provide, synchronize and secure your account and gameplay.
• Verify deposits, process manual withdrawals and maintain financial audit records.
• Detect fraud, replay attacks, automation, duplicate transactions and service abuse.
• Operate support, diagnose errors, monitor availability and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Improve aggregate game performance and usability. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sources and permissions

We receive information from you, your gameplay, World App/MiniKit, public blockchain records and service providers used to verify transactions. Wallet and identity permissions are requested only when required for a feature. You may decline a permission, but the related feature may not work.

5. Sharing

We may share the minimum necessary information with infrastructure, database, monitoring, World Chain RPC and transaction-verification providers; with World App where required for Mini App operation; or with authorities when legally required. Public blockchain transactions are inherently visible to others. Providers must process information for the services they supply to us.

6. Retention

Gameplay data is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Authentication records expire according to their security lifetime. Financial ledgers, transaction hashes, withdrawal decisions and fraud-prevention records may be retained longer where necessary for reconciliation, disputes, security and legal compliance. Backup copies may persist for a limited recovery period.

7. Security

We use server-side authorization, restricted admin roles, short-lived sessions, transaction verification, rate limiting and audit logs. No system is completely secure. Protect your wallet and contact support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Some financial and security records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is legally or operationally required. Submit a request to support@ggstudio.fun from a channel that allows us to verify account control.

9. International processing and children

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards. Bid King is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Updates

We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when required.
