• Your World App username and public wallet address.
• Transaction amount and approximate date/time.
• Transaction hash or Worldscan link, if available.
• The status and error shown in Bid King.
• A short description of the steps immediately before the issue.

Never send your private key, recovery phrase, password or verification code.

Before creating another payment

If an existing deposit is pending, expired after payment, or missing credit, refresh its status and contact support before paying again. Repeating a transaction can create a duplicate payment and slow reconciliation.
